Come learn how to design and create a two layer, two color screen printed poster. You will learn every part of the screen printing process, from coating a screen, drawing a transparency, to registering and pulling your first print. You will go home with series of prints that you create! This is a weekend intensive, so you will be creating your hand drawn designs in class. Come with some ideas, drawings, and images to work from.

I want to leave the subject matter of this class open. Is there some kind of political messaging you'de like to create a peice of art around? Are you hosting an event and want to create a beautiful hand made poster? We will look at examples of successful and compelling poster design, and the use of text and imagery to an create an eye catching peice of art.

All materials are included.
